Update on progress:

Mike and I placed gray posts with lot numbers on the respective lot corners for clarity and there are orange flags on wood stakes at the rear corners. We also placed an additional LED solar light on the flower sign on the wall as well as one each on the two large real estate signs.

We are in process to finish the pond. We will take out about 3' of silted dirt in the bottom and replace it with sand.  The contractor will pave after this is done.

All lots are primed and ready for construction. The landscape contractor was installing irrigation last week and this week. They will progress to plantings shortly.

The contractor should be installing the sidewalk to the pavilion soon. Once that is done, we will finish the pavilion up including the lighting via solar panel on the roof. All underground except the irrigation is now in place. Street lights are prepped for installation and for transformers.
